Our Business Philosophy

Before talking about the process we would like to explain our philosophy to buying property.

In all our property ventures we believe in creating win-win situation. In our opinion a deal is only a good deal if both parties come away feeling pleased with the outcome. This applies to our tenants, people we sell houses to and the people we buy houses from.

It is important to remember we only make an offer if it is the right thing to do for your situation (and ours!)

We will only buy your house quickly if we think it’s a win-win deal for both of us. In the past we have advised people to use estate agents, talk to the bank or even contact other firms because the deal has no been, in or opinion, in the best interests of the seller.

Often when people need to sell quickly they are extremely upset because of the circumstances they find themselves in. We make sure we protect their interests and do not take advantage of their situation for our own benefit.

That is not to say we do not exist to make a profit! We are in business, and will only buy a property if the owner is willing to sell at a discounted price. Depending on the value of the house, and our cash reserves at the time, this is usually 85%-95% of the market value. Because we are a small firm with virtually no overheads we can afford to do this and still make a profit.
