NortonWard Property was established in 1996 as a partnership between Steve Norton and Marcus Ward. Specialising in the purchasing, renting and management of residential property we have been building our portfolio consistently for 10 years.

Over the past three years, on the back of equity gains in the property market, we have expanded into purchasing properties for cash from sellers in need of a quick sale.

Guided by our our business philosophy , we are a small business and pride ourselves on our integrity and levels of service at all times . We believe the only successful deal in business is a win-win deal.
