Estate agents are the tool most people use when selling their property and they do have their uses. But most people will not look beyond using an estate agent for selling their home because they know that this method is tried and tested. However, before thinking about using an estate agent, it pays to know about the process of finding and using an estate agent in detail, as well as the problems and disadvantages of using this sales method.
